ELK Lighting Makes Long-Term Commitment to Dallas Market Center

DALLAS, TX – ELK Lighting has made a long-term commitment to Dallas Market Center via a multi-year renewal for their Trade Mart 3606 and 3664 showrooms. ELK’s showrooms feature the company’s inspired, distinctive, and design-driven lighting.

“Our location in Dallas Market Center has always been important to our business.  We know that renewing our lease for our lighting showroom was necessary to keep our products and brand in front of our customers, and we are very excited about some changes you should see from us in January 2020.  Our relationship with the Dallas Market Center has always been a beneficial one, and we look forward to having continued success in Dallas,” says David Pamer, CEO of ELK Group International.

ELK joins dozens of lighting companies deepening their commitment to Dallas Market Center via long-term renewals, expansions, or new leases. The total space under new agreements for the Lightovation show is more than 100,000 square feet and represents the largest collection of new lighting leases since 2007.

“There are many success metrics within our business model, but perhaps the most coveted is to secure a lease renewal from a major brand like ELK Lighting that extends beyond a three-year period,” says Cindy Morris, President and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “With more than 40 new lighting leases, we are underscoring our position and strength as the lifestyle marketplace that is the destination for the lighting industry. Our innovative approach to business continues to make the Dallas marketplace valuable to lighting brands via new tools and improved partnerships for the long-term.”
