Engineered Products Company Hires New Eastern Regional Sales Manager

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Products Company (EPCO) announced that Boen Andersen has joined the Engineered Products Company sales team as the new eastern regional sales manager. Based in Minneapolis, Andersen will be responsible for managing sales and new product training for six manufacture representative agencies serving 13 states in the Eastern region of the United States. 

Prior to joining EPCO, Andersen was a sales representative for Napoleon Products (Wolf Steel USA), where he was responsible for training new dealers and managing new account sales. During his tenure, Andersen solely managed a five-state territory (N.D., S.D., Minn., Wis., Ill., and the Upper Peninsula of Mich.) and doubled his account sales in just two years. Covering a wide spectrum of customers, Boen worked with both smaller hardware, appliance, and hearth channel customers as well as strategic customer accounts which spanned multiple states. Within his territory, Boen was responsible for new account acquisitions, growth of existing customer accounts, conducting product trainings/demonstrations, industry tradeshows, and store events.

Additional experience includes account management & sales at C.H. Robinson. As an account manager at C.H. Robinson, Andersen worked on one of the companies top five largest U.S. accounts managing millions of dollars in transportation spend before transitioning into sales. Boen also was head of sales and business development for Scanner Laser Modeling, an accident reconstruction company working mainly with the personal injury segment of litigation.
