LIGHTFAIR International Announces Leadership Change

ATLANTA, GA —International Market Centers (IMC) announced that Rochelle Richardson has resigned her position as vice president of LIGHTFAIR International to pursue other career interests.  Richardson’s last day will be February 21, 2019.

Richardson joined LIGHTFAIR in 2007 and over her 12-year tenure has helped lead its continuing growth as the world’s largest annual lighting and design trade show and conference.  “Rochelle has made an indelible mark on the LIGHTFAIR business across every dimension of its trade show and conference offerings.  She leaves the LFI global franchise well-positioned for sustained growth.  We wish Rochelle well in her new endeavors,” notes Robert Maricich, chairman and chief executive officer of LIGHTFAIR International managing partner IMC, Inc.

As Richardson’s departure approaches, IMC is initiating an exhaustive search for new LFI leadership from within the lighting and design community and the trade show industry at large.  LIGHTFAIR International 2019 will be staged in Philadelphia at the Pennsylvania Convention Center May 19—23, 2019.
