LOS ANGELES, CA – Orbit Industries, Inc., an all-in-one source for electrical and lighting products, celebrated 21 years serving the construction industry at Orbit’s year-end Annual Holiday Party. Hosted at Knott’s Berry Farm, a popular theme park in Buena Park, California, over 250 of Orbit’s team members, family and friends attended this very special afternoon.
The festive company banquet was held in one of the park’s reception halls. Decorated to fit the season, the banquet was filled with food, drinks, music, and even a “dance-off” contest
The holiday party comes as Orbit Industries, Inc. prepares to move its West Coast distribution center to Bell Gardens, California. This new DC sits on four acres of land, with loading docks and generous warehouse space. Local distributors will appreciate a spacious Will Call area and on-site parking availability. Orbit distributors nationwide will enjoy faster deliveries, shorter lead times, and greater product inventory.
“Moving to a new distribution center has been a great challenge for our growing company,” said David Nikayin, Orbit’s President and CEO, in his welcoming speech. “We thank our entire team for their dedication, hard work, and for putting in long hours. I am incredibly proud of this team and what we have accomplished in the last twenty-one years. I truly believe we can do even better in 2019.”
Prizes were then raffled off and included gift cards, Dodger tickets, an Amazon Echo and even an Apple iPad. Afterwards, employees and guests disbursed into the park to enjoy the many shops, roller coasters and attractions.
The entire team at Orbit had a great time at Knott’s Berry Farm, using the event as a way to relax before preparing to take on a busy New Year.
