Mr. Hartwell is a graduate of Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and an Associate Degree in CAD, Drafting, and Tool Design. Prior professional expertise includes experience with Spec Tool, of Sparta, Michigan, as a Manufacturing Engineer and Design Engineer.
