ELP’s narrow LD Series is designed for close placement to the surface being illuminated. Its indirect optical design shields the LEDs from any viewing angle and provides a strong vertical throw of light allowing the fixture to be placed closer to the wall than a typical wall wash/grazer unit.
The formed, one piece reflector is TGIC polyester powder coated in high reflectance white. It is formed to direct an asymmetric wash of light downward to smooth the brightness at the top of the wall and provide more even, unscalloped illumination. Over 1075 lumens per foot emerge from its thin 2 inch aperture. Shielding the bright LEDs from view by position rather a diffusing lens is key to the fixtures superior performance.
The LD Series is available for T-Bar, Continuous Wall Slot, Gypsum and Trimless mounting. Using the unobtrusive Trimless option allows the ceiling surface to be finished right to the fixture opening, leaving only a lighted 2″ aperture visible. Fixtures use the latest, generation 3, Osram PrevaLED®, LED modules that are up to 90+ CRI and are rated greater than 60,000 hours. Available in 1′, 2′, 3′ and 4′ lengths and color temperatures of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K or 4000K. Provided with 1% dimming standard and 5 year warranty.
