BRENTWOOD, NY – Mark R. Corcoran has joined Satco Products, Inc. as Director of Sales, Strategic Partners after 35 years with OSRAM Sylvania.
Mark began his career in lighting as a sales professional with GTE Sylvania in 1982 working the Fresno/ Central Valley territory in California. Over the years, his role and responsibilities continued to increase leading to his promotion as San Francisco District Manager. In 1996, he moved back to OSRAM Sylvania HQ in Danvers, MA, and two years later took on the position as Head of National Accounts. Following that position, he was promoted to Vice President of the Industrial Commercial sales channel where he spent the next 12 years.
Mark’s responsibilities included managing the vast landscape of distributor relationships across the US and Canada to include National Distributors, AD, Imark and the lighting only distribution channel. Mark was also very active in NAED and served on various panels including participating on the manufacturer/ vendor council over the past 3 years.
Mark’s deep experience in the lighting field and its varied distribution channels makes him well suited to his new role with Satco. Please join us in welcoming Mark to Satco.
