FLORENCE, SC — David Lance, a 20-year veteran of the industrial sales industry has joined Florence-based CPS LED Lighting as their new Regional Sales Manager, effective immediately.
A native of Atlanta, Lance started his career in 1993 with MSC Industrial Supply. In 2003, he joined Grainger, a leading international distributor of industrial supplies, equipment, and tools. There he held several positions over a 10-year period, before joining Schneider Electric nine years ago as an industrial sales engineer and business development manager.
It was with Schneider that he moved his wife, Lindsey and their three daughters Skylar, 19; Annabelle, 4; and Adeline, 2 to Greenville, SC. He just recently accepted his new position as Regional Sales Manager for CPS LED in Florence.
Lance’s expertise has always been in sales with an end-user focus, providing infrastructural engineering solutions for a variety of commercial enterprises, healthcare, food processing, and industrial manufacturing entities.
According to CPS LED Lighting president Sean Tanner, “Knowing David’s work ethics, his extensive knowledge of the industries that benefit from our lighting products and technology, and his ability to communicate ideas to our clients, he will give us an opportunity to accelerate sales growth to meet our long-term goals.”
