Wiegmann has introduced the RSC-NKSS line of stainless steel electrical enclosures. These new screw cover enclosures provide superior protection for electrical components indoors or outdoors. Wiegmann, part of Hubbell Commercial Construction, provides innovative electrical products to OEM, industrial and commercial markets.
Designed for use as wiring boxes or junction boxes, these models are based on Wiegmann’s RSC product line. This creates a first in the marketplace for NEMA 3R screw cover wall-mount enclosures. Adding stainless steel to this design provides corrosion resistance without the greater expense of a NEMA 4X enclosure. RSC-NKSS models provide protection for electrical components beyond competing products.
Additional RSC-NKSS enclosure design features include: Drip shield top with smooth seamless sides and front; Slip-on reversible cover, securely fastened with screws along the bottom edge; No gasketing required; Mounting holes located on the back of the enclosure; Hasp for padlocking or meter seal.
Wiegmann’s new enclosures provide protection from dripping water or corrosive environments indoors or rain, sleet or snow outdoors. A wide range of sizes are available for use with almost any application.
