MUN DARK delivers soft, indirect LED illumination well suited for a wide range of decorative architectural retail, hospitality, and commercial interior applications. These include retail settings, upscale restaurants, executive offices, meeting rooms, building corridors, and reception areas.
MUN DARK’s three different sizes make it possible for designers to incorporate light as a functional design element within interior spaces. Each model produces a corona-like effect to accent wall surfaces. The absence of visible hardware provides an understated style well suited for many applications.
MUN DARK is available in three diameters of 5”, 7”, or 12” which may be mixed or matched to produce creative patterns or designs. Each diameter features a different projection ranging from 1.8” to 2.6” to add an element of depth to an installation. The wall mounted luminaires are standard with textured white or graphite grey finish with an opal polycarbonate diffuser to produce soft lighting effects. The LED sources are available in a choice of warm or neutral color temperatures. Concealed hardware adds a finishing touch.
MUN DARK housing is fabricated from steel and aluminum components. The diffuser is opal polycarbonate. Models are available in 5”, 7”, or 12” diameters, with overall projection of 2.2”, 1.8”, and 2.6”. The LEDs are available in a choice of 3000K or 4000K color temperatures with a CRI greater than 80. Finish options are textured matte white or graphite grey.
MUN DARK delivers 30 lumens at .7 watts for the 5” model, 45 lumens at .8 watts for the 7” model and 90 lumens at 2.7 watts for the 12” model, respectively. Luminous efficacy is 68 lumens per watt. Color rendering index is greater than 80CRI, with a lamp life of 50,000 hours.
The shallow profile luminaires utilize universal LED drivers with input voltage range from 120 volts through 277 volts at 50 or 60 Hertz. CSA/US Certified for Damp Locations pending.
