A key element of leadership is a leader’s ability to understand themselves and others, so they can act purposefully, think rationally, and deal effectively with business situations. The LEAD conference will have participants assess themselves, learn to understand what that assessment means, and develop a plan of action to become more effective leaders.

LEAD is open to leaders at any experience level that are in search of a path to improve their skills.  Winners of tED Magazine’s 30 under 35 award are celebrated during the conference and encouraged to attend
