Show Me the Data: What Does Observational Research Reveal About Today’s Connected Lighting Systems?
May 21 12:00 PM ET
FREE WEBINAR
Ongoing evaluations at Parsons, the New School, and Virginia Tech Transportation Institute show the power of observational research, as evaluators and end users apply systematic protocols to collect subjective, qualitative data on connected lighting systems installed in working classrooms at Parsons and in parking lots at Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center. This webinar will explore how that information is used to drive new understanding of the challenges involved in specifying, installing, and configuring these systems in order to identify best practices and needed product improvements.
Webinar participants are eligible for one (1) IES Continuing Education Unit (CEU).
PRESENTER: Ruth Taylor, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory
Ruth Taylor is a project manager on the Advanced Lighting team at PNNL, where she manages the Next Generation Lighting Systems evaluations in support of the U.S. Department of Energy Solid-State Lighting program.
