MCKINNEY, TX – Employees of Encore Wire Corporation set out to raise money and collect toys for WFAA’s Santa’s Helpers Toy Drive serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Employees, rep agents, and partners collaborated to raise more than $17,000. These funds were used to purchase bicycles with helmets along with hundreds of toys. Additionally, UFP Industrial and Valley Creek Dental Care contributed toy donations to the cause.
Encore Wire proudly delivered two trailers and a bobtail truck full of unwrapped gifts to the McKinney, Texas drop off location on December 9th, 2021. This Toy Drive celebrates 52 years, and now provides toys to more than 50,000 needy children in the DFW metroplex.
