Hilti expands its line of rotating lasers with the addition of the green rotating laser PR 3-HVSG, suitable for all internal applications including transferring reference heights, leveling suspended ceiling, positioning drywall track and wall partitioning, as well as the installation of pipes and cable trays. Shining four times brighter than conventional red lasers, the PR 3-HVSG provides significantly better visibility over long distances and can be positioned vertically or horizontally.
The Hilti PR 3-HVSG has an operating diameter range of 7 ft – 492 ft (2 – 150 m) using a laser receiver and up to 100 ft (30 m) using just the IR remote. Onboard Hilti Pulse Power Technology delivers up to one million impulses per second to provide highly reliable readings in bright working environments. It also has best-in-class leveling times of 6-8 seconds.
The durable design of the Hilti PR 3-HVSG features a reinforced head, shock absorbing handles, a unique internal damping system and robust interior design that helps protect components from drops at a standard working height of 5ft (1.5m) from a tripod without losing accuracy.
Powered by a rechargeable 12V Li-Ion battery, the Hilti PR 3-HVSG can work up to 16 hours on a single charge, and be recharged in 30 minutes.
The Hilti green rotating laser PR 3-HVSG is backed by Hilti Calibration Service to provide continued reliability and accuracy. When sent to Hilti for repair, the rotating laser will be calibrated and adjusted as needed, with the calibration confirmed in writing for professional assurance.
