Central Regional Manager “Joe” Carroll Retires from Arlington

SCRANTON, PA – Arlington Industries announced that Joe Carroll has retired after 15 years as Arlington’s Central Regional Manager, and 40 years in the electrical industry.

He began his career with General Signal/Anchor Electric in 1979 in New Hampshire as a marketing specialist. Prior to that, he was employed in the consumer electronics field in Massachusetts.

Joe also held management positions with General Signal/Anchor, T&B Corp, Milbank Mfg. Co in Kansas City and most recently, Arlington.  

He served in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne Infantry from 1969-1970 in Vietnam earning a Bronze Star with Valor and Combat Infantry Badge [CIB]. He graduated from college in 1969. 

He resides with his wife, Madeleine, in Florida – where he collects and restores classic British sports cars.
