Daniels Electrical is looking for an experienced full time project manager to oversee new and remodel construction from inception to close out.
Project manager duties: review plans and specs, understand scope, terms, condition & project schedules, review project bid, review & process submittals and rfi’s, manage projects on pro active basis and coordinate with general contractor or construction manager along with sub contractors/prime contractors, coordinate with city/county to obtain building permits or license, maintain job files, track & monitor status of projects, support a/r & a/p dept with invoicing & collections
Required knowledge: M.S. Office, construction documentation, ability to read plans and spec, time management and communication skills
