Edges Electrical Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of Maltby Electric Supply, based out of the San Francisco bay area. “This marks another exciting growth period for Edges, adding Maltby Electric’s four family owned branches to our growing brand, and aligning our employees who are equally committed to “getting customers the products they need to get the job done”.
Maltby Electric was established in 1955 and incorporated in 1961. Currently, they have approximately 50 employees and branches in San Francisco (corporate headquarters), Petaluma, San Rafael, and Fairfield. John Maltby (2nd generation and current President / CEO) will be retiring once the transition is completed later this year.
