WAC Lighting’s CEU course LED 201 entails the revolution of solid-state lighting, also known as the LED.
The goal of this presentation is to increase awareness of LEDs and how they impact lighting today. Throughout the course, WAC touches on different LED types in conjunction with the types of optical media such as reflectors, TIR lenses, and Edge-Lit panels.
The presentation then will lead into LED color metrics and the LED “binning” process. Finally, the course will conclude with how LED’s can be used when trying to achieve different layered lighting techniques.
After the course, students will receive 2 credits for attending and receive a certificate of completion.
