The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) NEM 3.0 proceeding is underway. In a groundbreaking proposal filed on March 15, SEIA and Vote Solar provided a comprehensive roadmap for rooftop solar growth that advances California’s goal to equitably electrify its economy with clean energy. During this webinar, speakers will dive into SEIA’s NEM proposal and discuss the ongoing debate over the future of net metering in California. The discussion will cover the regulatory issues and legislative obstacles that are part of this high stakes proceeding, and what it means for the future of distributed solar.
