Based out of Sacramento, Kerri will support all 12 branches throughout Northern CA in attracting, recruiting and retaining top talent. In addition, she will work to enhance their recruitment and onboarding process, attend networking events within the industry to market their employer brand, and work closely with community colleges to strengthen relationships and support skilled trade education and enrollment.

Kerri has over 15 years’ experience recruiting in the areas of light industrial, sales, administrative, accounting and senior management. She was a Corporate Recruiter for Java City in Sacramento, supported recruitment and on-boarding for the Verizon Wireless Folsom Campus, where she recruited simultaneously for three call center teams and Finance, and has managed the on-boarding and background compliance processes for Sutter Health Shared Services. She has a passion for recruiting, enjoys working on “hard to fill” positions, and strives to build strong partnerships with the hiring managers she supports.
