Michael C. Croft, known as Mike, has officially announced his retirement from Tower Sales, Inc. His journey in the electrical industry began in June 1978 after graduating from Kent State University with a degree in Business Administration. Starting as a manager trainee at Sedco Pipe Products, he later became the regional manager in Atlanta, Georgia.
After a career shift in 1981, Mike joined Crouse-Hinds as a territory manager covering the State of Georgia. In 1983, he embraced the opportunity to enter the “Rep” business and joined Tower Sales, Inc., contributing significantly as they expanded into Georgia, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle.
Becoming a shareholder in 1989, Mike’s dedication led him to roles such as territory manager, Vice President, and eventually President, CEO, and majority shareholder by 2014. As he enters retirement, Mike looks forward to spending more time with his family, especially his wife Caroline of 37 years, children Kimberly and Nicklaus, and four grandchildren. In his leisure, he plans to refine his golf short game.
