Paul Bevilacqua Joins MaxLite as Chief Financial Officer

PINE BROOK, NJ – MaxLite is excited to announce the recent addition of Paul
Bevilacqua as Chief Financial Officer.

Paul brings over 30 years of finance and management experience and a record of
accomplishment building enterprise value and leading financial transformations in various
industries. Most notably, he was the CFO at Topaz Lighting Corp., where he reengineered all
aspects of finance and accounting, implemented a robust business intelligence system, and
helped drive business process and organizational improvements that supported the company in
tripling its sales during his eight-year tenure. In 2021, Paul led the successful sale of Topaz to
Southwire. In addition to this experience, Paul also held CFO roles at ULE Group, Wenner Bread
Products, Apple & Eve, Meadow Ridge Capital, and Barrier Safe Solutions International.

Paul, a Certified Public Accountant, began his career in public accounting at Ernst &
Young after graduating with a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at
Binghamton.
