The 101 Best and Brightest awards are presented annually by the Michigan Business & Professional Association (MBPA) to recognize companies for strategies they use to create the best human resource practices for their employees. The Best and Brightest recognizes the most influential, trend-setting companies in West Michigan.
“Fifteen years ago, we entered this award program for the first time. Since then, it has been part of the amazing growth of our company,” stated Jeff Seagle, President of Robroy Enclosures. “Winning this award has always been a companywide effort to make sure we meet the high standards set by MBPA year after year.”
The process for determining the 101 best companies is threefold. First, individuals nominate companies; secondly, the human resources manager of each nominated company is contacted and asked to complete an extensive survey; and thirdly, the company’s employees are randomly selected to complete an extensive survey about their work environment.
