Iconic Lighting Company to Expand into a 76,700 Square Foot Warehouse to Accommodate Cutting-Edge Manufacturing Technology
LARCHMONT, NY – SONNEMAN—A Way of Light is excited to announce the lease signing and development of its new 76,700 square foot warehouse located in Orange County, New York. Slated to open its doors this fall, the spacious new warehouse will provide the capacity and capabilities to efficiently introduce new product lines, and cement SONNEMAN’s position at the forefront of innovation with dedicated areas for cutting-edge manufacturing processes. As a design-and-engineering-driven brand, the new warehouse is strategically located in close proximity to SONNEMAN’s New York Design Center showroom and global headquarters in Larchmont, with the goal to retain the regionally located skilled workforce who are integral to product development and execution.

The Orange County warehouse boasts a plethora of notable production capabilities including a downlight assembly line, videography and& photography studio, state-of-the-art racking and distribution machinery with oversized product capabilities, and an Integrating Sphere used for photometric testing. In addition to the technological advancements that the new warehouse will offer, there will be a number of newly implemented spaces to develop processes with and introduce ideas to the industry. Notably, these spaces include built-out offices, training and demonstration spaces, and an engineering testing center. The warehouse will be located at 103 Tower Drive in Middletown, NY.
