We are seeking a knowledgeable outside sales associate to identify and support business relationships while maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires a personable professional experienced with client/account relationship management.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties
Develop a deep understanding of organizational strategy and requirements needed to manage accounts
Collaborate with business development
Establish and maintain relationships with executives and peers
Coordinate with customers to review, monitor, and report on performance in order to improve customer satisfaction while meeting client needs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum
Business acumen – knowledge of business operations; possess the ability to visualize and execute
Preferred
College degree
5-10 years of industry or sales experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills
High energy level and desire to succeed
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job you will frequently sit, stand, walk, reach and lift (up to 25 lbs).
Travel: 25% travel
