Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Announces Multi-Year Partnership with Vanderbilt University’s Athletic Program

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical (Hiller) is proud to announce a three-year partnership with Vanderbilt University and its athletic department.

Vanderbilt, founded in 1873, is one of the nation’s premier private higher education institutions. In addition to its exceptional academic standing, Vanderbilt’s sports programs are staples of the Nashville area with a deep-rooted history of success and a passionate fan base.

Hiller’s founder and CEO, Jimmy Hiller, is a native Nashvillian who began his company mere miles away from the University. Hiller, like Vanderbilt, has grown alongside the city for many decades, so a partnership of this level is a great investment in its future.

“We are incredibly excited to partner with Vanderbilt”, remarked Jimmy Hiller. “Hiller attributes our growth to caring about the communities that we serve. This includes the organizations, like Vanderbilt, that support local residents, stimulate the economy, and foster a sense of unity in those areas. As a Nashville-based organization ourselves,” he continued, “It is particularly meaningful to partner with such a well-established and respected University in our own backyard.”

Candice Lee, Vice Chancellor for Athletics and University Affairs and Athletic Director for Vanderbilt, echoes these sentiments. “We are excited about this new relationship and look forward to the direct impact it will have on the experience of our student-athletes”.

Launched in 1990 in Antioch, Tennessee, with a single employee and just $500, Hiller has grown exponentially to include over 480 trucks, 14 locations, and over 630 employees across the southeast.
