National Electrical Contractors Association Teams Up with BlueVolt to Provide Continuing Education to Contractors

The National Electrical Contractors Association is working with online training company BlueVolt to offer online continuing education classes for state licensure to NECA’s membership.

The classes being provided through BlueVolt will be worth continuing education units (CEUs) for electrical contractor licensing in 31 states.

“Teaming up with BlueVolt is a tremendous opportunity for NECA and our members,” NECA Executive Director of Education Stephanie Adamec said. “NECA remains committed to being electrical contractors’ first option for online training and education.”

BlueVolt started by providing continuing education courses for a large electrical company rooted in the northwest. Since then, BlueVolt has grown to not only serve electricians all over the United States, but to manufacturers, distributors, and buying groups in the skilled trades industry at large.

“It is an honor to work with NECA as a true complement to BlueVolt’s current offering,” said BlueVolt President and CEO Doug Gastich. “We’re excited to extend the time-saving value of self-paced online CEU courses to even more electricians across the country.”

Courses are available now through the NECA Learning Center at: www.NECALearningCenter.org.

“NECA works hard to provide our members with timely continuing education opportunities, and our partnership with BlueVolt represents another such offering that will only strengthen their ability to compete,” NECA CEO John M. Grau said.
