Nora Lighting President and CEO Fred Farzan has announced the expansion of Nora’s nationwide distribution network, along with the implementation of new production capabilities that anticipate future company growth.
“Nora Lighting’s main manufacturing and warehouse facility in Commerce, CA, is now more than 150,000 square feet,” reported Farzan, “and we have opened up seven fulfillment centers and two distribution centers across the country.
“These centers are located in Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio (2), New York (2), Tennessee and Texas, and will ensure clients receive products and support in a timely manner.
“Orders for in-stock items that are received by 12 noon (PST) will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours,” he said.
New Integrated Assembly Center – Nora has also implemented new support systems that streamline product assembly and inventory management.
“Nora’s new Integrated Assembly Center at our Commerce headquarters is fully operational and is designed for quick response and flexibility,” said Farzan.
“Whether it is a request for an emergency unit, a specially configured LED package dimming driver or custom reflector / trim combination, our assembly team can complete most orders and ship them to a distributor within one to five days,” he said.
Expanded QC Operations – Nora’s Quality Control Department now features a larger light lab, enhanced testing equipment and additional staff.
“Whether it is checking consistency in finish or LED CRI, Kelvin or Lumen output, Nora’s QC center guarantees the highest quality products that our customers expect,” said Farzan.
All Nora accounts also have a dedicated Customer Care team that is well-acquainted with each client’s projects and orders and can provide production and assembly status, order status and shipping updates, said Farzan.
“We are well prepared for dynamic future growth and will always be focused on providing outstanding customer service.”
