Canyon State Electric Promotes Two Senior Team Members

PHOENIX, AZ – Canyon State Electric (CSE), a leading electrical contractor in Phoenix, recently announced the promotion of Robert Hughes to VP of operations and Andrew Pavey to senior project manager.

Hughes joined CSE in 2014 as a project manager and worked his way up to director of construction and now as vice president of operations. In his new role, Hughes will continue to oversee construction operations as well as strategic planning and new lines of business.  Hughes has been an integral part of CSE’s VDC/BIM department, prefabrication and UCSE, CSE’s new university that provides education and training to all its employees.

“We are so proud of both Robert and Andrew and all their hard work at CSE,” Stephanie Maderazzo Hughes, CEO of CSE. “Each of them has proven that they are a great asset to our team and can handle more in their professions. CSE’s leadership team is excited to see how Robert and Andrew will further serve our clients and grow their team members in these leadership roles.”
