ALEXANDRIA, PA and CALGARY, ALBERTA – Lighting Solution Development, a consulting firm specializing in the lighting industry, announced that it has entered into an agreement with ZING Communications, Inc. to acquire the media brand LightNOW, one of the leading voices in the rapidly changing lighting industry.
Developed by lighting journalist and educator Craig DiLouie, LC, CLCP, LightNOW—a media brand of his firm ZING Communications, Inc.—has covered news, trends, and events in the lighting field for 20 years. The brand includes a website, newsletter, and social media.
Lighting Solution Development, headed by 20-year lighting industry veteran David Shiller, provides a broad range of business development, consulting and recruiting services to help lighting businesses grow and become more profitable.
Under the terms of the deal, DiLouie will remain a contributor to LightNOW, supporting the new editorial team, headed by Suelynn Shiller, COO at Lighting Solution Development.
